These Rules and Regulations are an integral part of the Booking Form. For anything not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current regulations, good manners and common sense in the interest of all.
 

The Management and Staff of HOTEL EUROPA PARK thank you for your interest and, in giving you a cordial welcome, want to make you aware of the main house rules. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read carefully these rules and the behavioural norms that every guest is invited to assume in order not to disturb or damage others and the environment. The structure is more than anything else the residence of many guests who have decided to stay here. We therefore ask you to respect it and treat it as you would treat your own home. For the purposes of good cohabitation, we ask you to observe not only the rules dictated by law and these regulations, but also those simply dictated by politeness, common sense and respect for people and things. Failure to comply with one or more points of these regulations and the rules contained herein may lead to the termination of the booking with the resulting financial and legal consequences.

HOUSE RULES
On the day of arrival (CHECK IN), the rooms will be available from 12:00. It is preferable to communicate the time of arrival at the time of booking. In the case of arrival before 12:00 noon, it will be possible to leave your luggage at the hotel while waiting for the rooms to be made available. On the day of departure (CHECK OUT) the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. and the keys as well as any items handed to the guest during their stay (electrical adapters, etc.) must be returned to reception.
 

BALANCE OF THE STAY (CHECK OUT)
Customers who leave early are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation in accordance with Art. 1385 -1386 cc as amended. Customers wishing to leave during the night or in the morning before 08:00 a.m. must check out, paying the balance of the room, any extras and tourist tax, the evening before departure. Please advise us in good time if you require an invoice, giving details of the header and any other information. Otherwise we will issue a simple receipt.
Rates are per day (per night) regardless of the time of entry.
 

RULES OF BEHAVIOUR
during the STAY all guests are obliged to respect the silence hours from 14:30 to 17:00 and in the evening from 22:00 until 08:00 the next morning. It is strictly forbidden to attach any kind of adhesive (adhesive tape, scotch tape, plasters, etc.) to the walls of the room and it is strictly forbidden to smoke and light any kind of cooker inside the rooms. Any damage to the equipment and furnishings of the Hotel caused by guests or their guests will be charged to those responsible for the damage. The management declines all responsibility for any injuries to adults and minors. The latter must be accompanied and properly supervised by their parents and/or guardians.
 

It is forbidden for anyone who is not a guest of the Hotel to enter. Visits from family members or friends must be authorised by the Management, and visitors must leave an identity document with the Management, which they will collect on leaving the hotel. All unauthorised persons found inside the hotel will be reported to the Police;
 

The HOTEL has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests staying at the hotel (no friends, relatives, etc.).
Swimming caps are compulsory. Access times will be communicated at the time of check-in. The swimming pool is supervised by a lifeguard who regulates the smooth running of the pool.
Small dogs are allowed and must follow the special ‘Rules for animals’ which will be communicated by the HOTEL management.
 

Any damage done to the furniture through negligence will be charged at the cost of restoration. Things forgotten in the hotel are kept until the end of the year, then if unclaimed they will be disposed of.
In the unquestionable judgement of the management, repeated non-observance of these rules, and misbehaviour that seriously damages the harmony and spirit of the hotel, may result in expulsion as an undesirable guest. In this case, the expelled guest shall not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, and the management reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages and prejudice. Please note that signing this regulation implies its total acceptance, including any more unpleasant consequences. The management also warns that should it be forced to do so, it will rapidly alert the forces of law and order; episodes of serious disrespect towards the management or those it represents will be treated in the same way.
